Paulo comes to your home, looks at the job and answers your questions. It takes about 30 minutes. For simple jobs, photos or a video are enough.

A clear price in writing, within one day of the visit, with how many days the work will take.

Floors and furniture covered. Surfaces sanded, patched and primed, so the paint holds.

Paint and walk through
Paint goes on, with a second coat where the job needs it. Then we walk the job with you before we call it done.

Questions homeowners ask us
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Paulo visits your home, looks at the job and answers your questions. The visit takes about 30 minutes and you get a written estimate within one day.
Can you give me a price from photos?
For simple jobs, yes. Send photos or a short video of the area and we will tell you if we can price it that way or if a visit is better.
Do I need to be home during the estimate?
No, but we recommend it. Paulo likes to meet you, walk the rooms with you and explain how the job will be done.
How long does a painting job take?
It depends on the size of the job. Painting has a process: protect, sand, patch, prime and paint, with a second coat where the job needs it. Your estimate includes how many days the work will take, and we keep you updated at every step.
What does your warranty cover?
Our work has a 2-year warranty against peeling, blistering and other failures caused by preparation or application, including labor and materials for the repair. It does not cover recurring structural cracks or deck floors.
Are you insured?
Yes. Paulo Painting LLC carries general liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence.
